Please select this in order to purchase a side for Christmas. Sides will be sent out from the end of November onwards. Sides can not be guaranteed as there is many variables that are out of Loch Torridon Smokehouse’s control i.e fish availability due to poor weather conditions. If for any reason an order can not be fulfilled then a full refund will be given. Sides will range in sizes of 800g up to 1kg. A set number of sides will be allocated to be smoked towards the build up towards Christmas so dont leave your order too late.
Our hand sliced cold smoked salmon is Oak Smoked using quality oak chips that produce a beautifully delicate and distinctive flavour.
This product is supplied sliced and still on the skin.
