Our Story
Nestled in the breathtakingly picturesque village of Shieldaig, overlooking the mesmerizing Loch Torridon, lies the renowned Loch Torridon Smokehouse. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, we produce an exquisite range of smoked salmon, carefully crafted with both hot and cold smoking techniques. Our fillets are carefully prepared using traditional methods, resulting in an unique flavour.
Established in 1998, we supply most of the local shops and hotels and use only the finest Scottish salmon from farms.
All our salmon is Oak Smoked using quality oak chips that produce a beautifully delicate and distinctive flavoured smoked salmon. It is all suitable for home freezing and we are happy to post our products out to you
We are located on the main street in Shieldaig village, just behind the house called Rosebank, IV54 8XN. We sell products from the Smokehouse door when open and can also take orders online via our store that can be found on the website.
